August reading wrap-up

This August I managed to finish six books, which is the most I’ve read in a single month since May 2016. I know most bloggers read more than this, but I’m quite proud of myself, and I feel like I’m finally completely out of my reading slump.

However, before I get into the books I read – THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR 600 FOLLOWERS!!! Reaching 500 was already wild, but 600? That’s amazing. THANK YOU.

Now, here are the books I read this month!

May reading wrap-up

It’s June! Holy shit. I can’t really wrap my head around the fact that we’re already half-way through 2016. This is kind of my gap year and it ends in September – I told myself last summer I was gonna do lots of fun, exciting things (like write a novel and learn French), and instead I ended up watching TV shows and reading. Now I only have around 4 months left, and 2 of them I will be on vacation with friends. So my gap year is pretty much over. Oh well.

I read 7 books this month, which is not much, but the last week or so I was in a reading slump (I blame Gossip Girl and my need for binge-watching), so I guess it’s not too bad. Let’s get started!

April reading wrap-up

I just read like 50 different wrap-ups. Does everyone post wrap-ups on the same day? Like damn.

I read an incredible amount of books this month: 13 books in total! Lots of bloggers read more, but considering that a lot of my books weren’t that short I’m pretty proud of myself. I read a total of 4071 pages!

This year started off a little slow, and I quickly fell behind on my reading challenge – I want to read 75 books this year and last month I was 11 books behind schedule. Now I’ve managed to catch up, and I’m only 3 books behind. Yay for me!

What I read this Week

I’ve had a really, really good reading week, so I thought I’d share it with you guys. I won’t talk about all the books in too much depth though, as I’m saving that for my monthly wrap-up. (This post is mostly a pathetic excuse to get away from all the tags I’ve been doing lately. I like to have a bit of diversity on my blog, so a week of just tags seems too much.)
